2017 (Senior)
- Started every game, giving her 80 starts in her career (tied for third in UW history)
- Led the team with four shots, three on goal against Michigan
- Recorded assists against New Mexico and against Arizona, giving her 11 career points
- Also recorded a team-high three shots on goal against Oregon State
- Finished third among field players on the team with 1683 minutes
2016 (Junior)
- Scored her second career goal at Tennessee in a 1-0 win
- Assisted Pascale Dumesnil on a game-winning goal in the 87th minute against No. 13 Santa Clara
- Started in all 20 matches this season and lead the team in minutes played
2015 (Sophomore)
- Appeared and started in 19 games at right back
- Scored her first career goal and only goal of the season against Seattle U
- Finished the season with four assists, tied for second-most on the team
- Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team
2014 (Freshman)
- Appeared in all 23 games for the Huskies, starting 21 at right back

High School
- Bond-Flasza played her high school soccer at Aliso Niguel High School in Southern California
- She helped her team win a state title her sophomore year, a team that was named best in the nation by the FAB50 rankings
- Was awarded with First Team All-League and All-County honors, recording ten goals and three assists
- Ran track during her sophomore year and her 4x100 relay team set a school record
- Has played her last two seasons of club soccer with the SoCal Blues, where she won the San Diego College Showcase in 2012 and 2013 and placed fifth in the ECNL Nationals played in Virginia
