Washington improved to 11-1, its best record after 12 games since the Huskies opened the1975-76 season with 12 consecutive wins en route to a 14-0 start.
The Huskies won their Pac-10 opener for the first time since the 2000 season. UW lost its last four conference-opening games, last winning on Jan. 6, 2000 against UCLA.
Five Washington players registered double-figure points for the fifth time this season. UW has 4-1 record when four or more player tally double-figure points.
Will Conroy moved into the No. 2 spot among all-time Washington playmakers, edging ahead of Eldridge Recasner (1987-90) who amassed 376 assists during his career. Conroy now has 379 career assists at UW. The only player with more assists than Conroy is school record holder Chester Dorsey who distributed 466 assists from 1974-77.
