FULLERTON, Calif. - The nation's final undefeated team went down on Friday night as No. 4/4 Washington (20-1) fell to No. 12/14 Texas (21-3) by a score of 12-0 in five innings at Anderson Family Field.
Sophomore Blaire Luna pitched her first perfect game as a Longhorn with nine strikeouts in the five innings.
Freshman Bryana Walker (La Quinta, Calif.) earned the start for the Huskies, allowing three runs on four hits in 1.1 innings. Junior Jenna Clifton (Glendale, Ariz.) pitched 1.2 innings in relief and freshman Whitney Jones (Upland, Calif.) was inning for the final inning.
Texas scored in each inning, starting with two in the first, one in the second, five in the third and four in the fourth.

Washington defeated Fresno State in the afternoon game, 10-0 in six innings.
