
Northey Concludes Career At NCAA Championships

FORT WORTH, Texas – UW's Allison Northey finished up a decorated collegiate career on Friday, April 15, at the NCAA Championships at the Fort Worth Convention Center. She competed in the all-around and her highest finish was on vault, where she posted a 9.825 and finished tied for 17th in the first semifinal session.

Northey fell on her dismount after a beautiful bars routine to earn a 9.1375, her lowest score of the day. She scored a 9.6375 on beam and a 9.725 on floor to finish in 19th place in the all-around with a total of 38.3250.
The lone senior and team co-captain finishes her career at UW with three All-Pac-12 First Team selections and one trip to the NCAA Championships. She earned Pac-12 weekly honors four times during her career and either tied or posted career bests in all four events and in the all-around in 2016.
