Fifteen Huskies Honored As Empacher IRCA Scholar-Athletes

Fifteen members of the Washington men's rowing teams have been honored as 2023-24 Empacher IRCA Scholar-Athletes, the IRCA (Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association) announced today.

In order to be named a "scholar athlete", rowers and coxswains must be in at least their second year of eligibility, must have competed in their program's top-three crews during the past season, and most have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
