Fitzpatrick, Ullrich, Vogel Named All-MPSF
May 22, 2025 | Men's Rowing
Three Washington rowers – Harry Fitzpatrick, Logan Ullrich and Blake Vogel – have been named to inaugural All-MPSF Men's Rowing Team, the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation announced today.
Those three Huskies all spent the season in the Huskies' varsity eight, which logged wins over six different teams currently ranked in the top 10, along with the New Zealand National Team, who the Huskies beat in the Windermere Cup.
Fitzpatrick, a senior from Auckland, New Zealand, has rowed mostly in the seven seat in 2025, having been the two seat of the Huskies' 2024 IRA Champion crew. He was a second-team All-America selection in 2024.
Ullrich, also a senior from Auckland, New Zealand, returned to the Huskies in 2025 after having taken the 2023-24 school year off to train and compete for his national team, winning a silver medal in the men's four at the 2024 Olympic Games. He's been a stalwart in the UW's varsity crew since arriving as a freshman in 2022.
Vogel, a senior from Pittsburgh, Pa., has been the bow seat in the varsity eight for most of 2025. He won gold in the second eight at IRAs in 2024, having taken second in the third eight in 2023 and second in the four in 2022.
The No. 2-ranked Huskies are currently preparing for the 2025 IRA National Championship Regatta May 30-June 1 at Cooper River in New Jersey.
