June 12, 2025 | Men's Soccer
SEATTLE – Coming off an NCAA Tournament with multiple key players returning, Washington Men's Soccer is primed for a strong 2025 campaign. Husky soccer fans are encouraged to secure their seats with full-season ticket packages, which are officially available today, June 12.
Washington recently unveiled the 2025 slate, featuring exciting nonconference contests beginning in August and multiple premier soccer matchups at Husky Soccer Stadium throughout the season.
The Dawgs will welcome UC Davis to Seattle for the home-opener on Thursday, August 28, the first of eight home matches during the season. The home-opening weekend will also feature Washington taking on UNLV on Sunday, August 31 at home.
Big Ten play begins when the Huskies host Michigan State on Friday, September 12, kicking off a three-game home stand including games against Gonzaga and Michigan as well.
Indiana and Ohio State will visit Montlake in October, followed by UCLA for the final regular season home game on Friday, November 7.
Washington is primed for a strong second season in the Big Ten Conference, thanks in part to key returning players in Jadon Bowton, Harrison Bertos, and Richie Aman.
Bowton, a graduate student goalkeeper was named Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week twice in 2024 and led Washington to the second round of the NCAA Tournament after making three penalty saves in a row against Seattle U in the first round. His eight shutouts in 2024 were the ninth-most in the NCAA.
Bertos, a Junior defender, made 20 starts in 2024 and helped UW to top-50 marks in the NCAA in goals against average and shutout percentage. Bertos was selected in the second round of the MLS SuperDraft, but decided to return to Washington for his junior season.
Aman, a senior midfielder who played in all 21 games a season ago returns to Montlake after being invited to the MLS College Showcase in 2024. He has 17 career points, the most of any returning player.
