Huskies Set To Compete In 14th Annual Coconut Hoops

SEATTLE - Over the Thanksgiving break Washington Women's Basketball will head to Fort Myers, Fla. to compete against Oklahoma State, a fellow 2026 NCAA Tournament team, and UMass in the 14th Annual Coconut Hoops, bdG Sports announced Tuesday. The trip to Fort Myers is the final piece of UW's 2026-27 schedule, which was initially announced on Sept. 16.
The Huskies will carry a 2-1 all-time series lead into their first matchup of the break against Oklahoma State on Friday, Nov. 27, at 10:30 a.m. PT. UW will then face off against UMass for the first time in program history Saturday, Nov. 28, at 10:30 a.m. PT.
The tournament will include two divisions: The Blue Heron Division (Washington, Oklahoma State and UMass) will be played in a round-robin format and the Great Egret Division (Creighton, FGCU, Tennessee, and Houston) will be played in a bracket format.
"I'm really looking forward to watching these programs compete in Fort Myers this November," college basketball analyst and event contributor Debbie Antonelli said. "This event continues to grow the game of women's college basketball and this strong field features some of the best brands in the game."

Tickets for the tournament will be sold separately from our season tickets.
