Husky Men's Soccer Coach Leads U.S. Under-16 Team to Tournament Victory in France

MEINIER, France - UW men's soccer coach Dean Wurzberger coached the United States Under-16 soccer team to the Tournoi International championship in Meinier, France. The U.S. squad won Group B with a 3-1 record, defeating Salzburg (1-0), Lausanne Sport (2-0) and Meinier (5-0) while falling to Lazio, Rome (0-1). In a semifinal matchup, the U.S. downed Sion, 4-0, before stopping Auxerre, 1-0, in the final.
