2004-05 (Junior)
* Won the 2005 NCAA Individual Championship
* Became the first Husky to win the NCAA title

* Defeated Pepperdine's Michael Putnam in a three-hole playoff for medalist honors at the NCAAs
* Shot a course-record 7-under 63 during the final round of the NCAAs at Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Springs, Md., to force the playoff.
* Shot 4-under 276 at NCAAs with rounds of 70, 67, 76 and 63.
* Was in eighth place, six shots of the lead entering the final round at the NCAAs
* Became the first Canadian to win the NCAA golf title
Had eight birdies during his final round, but needed a tough up-and-down for a par on the ninth hole (his last hole of the day after starting on the round on the 10th hole), to preserve his score

2001-02 (Freshman)

* Named to five-player Big Ten All-Championship Team after placing third at the Big Ten Championships, finishing 5-under par (283)
* Led Illinois in scoring average with a 72.08 on the season, ranking as the third-lowest single-season stroke average in school history and the lowest by a freshman in school history
* Co-medalist of The Tillinghast, finishing 2-under par to claim the first individual title of his collegiate career
* Had six top-10 finishes and finished in the top-25 in 12 of 13 tournaments
* Illinois' top finisher in seven tournaments
* Carded 14 rounds under par and five even-par rounds in 39 rounds of golf during the season

* Won the 2003 Pacific Amateur event by 10-strokes and his 72-hole score of 263 beat the old record by seven strokes. His outing included a 62 that bettered the Capilano Country Club course record by two strokes.
