Competed in the Washington State Olympic Development Program for two years...earned all-league and second-team all-area honors as a senior at Kamiak High School while serving as captain...named honorable mention all-league in 1997...garnered team MVP award as a junior and senior...played under former UW player Shannon Murray his final two years at Kamiak.
