1998-99 (Freshman): Earned honorable mention All-America and All-Pac-10 First Team honors after her stellar freshman campaign ... only the third Husky player to earn first team honors and the lone freshman to be named to the 1999 team ... carded a hole-in-one in her second round of collegiate golf, at the McGuire Invitational in Albuquerque ... she holed a five iron on the 150-yard 17th hole, and finished the round at 1-under 72 ... placed fourth in the tournament with a three-round total of 221 ... in her second collegiate competition, she lost the championship in a one-hole sudden death playoff ... carded a season-low 69 in the first round of that tournament and finished at 213 ... was the top-ranked player in the country in the Oct. 16 and Oct. 31, 1998 Golfstat Rankings ... her fall stroke average of 72.89 was third nationally, trailing only the defending NCAA champion and one other player ... claimed her first collegiate victory at the Bay Area Classic with a 36-hole score of 142 after winning a one-hole playoff ... carded a 222 (76-77-69) and tied for second the following week in Washington's victory at the Bryan National Collegiate in North Carolina ... at the Pac-10 Championships, finished tied for 23rd with a 230 (74-77-79) ... consistently lowered her score and carded 228 (79-76-73) to finish 25th at the NCAA West Regional as Washington just missed the NCAA cut ... established a school record with her season-ending stroke average of 74.46, surpassing former Husky great Dodie Mazzuca's single season low of 75.1 in 1997.
