Brad Kilpatrick enters his second season as an assistant coach with Washington softball ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Kilpatrick comes to Seattle from the University of Florida where he served as a student manager for two seasons working primarily with the pitchers.

In his first season on Montlake, Kilpatrick guided the Husky pitching staff to rank sixth in the nation in strikeout-to-walk ratio (3.70), 10th in team strikeouts per seven innings (7.49) and 18th in WHIP (1.20). The pitching duo of Sophia Ramuno and Morgan Reimer were also named all-region honorees β the first time the Huskies had a pair of pitchers honored since 2019. Ramuno ranking fifth nationally in strikeout-to-walk ratio (6.55) and Reimer ranked seventh among freshman with 125 strikeouts.
While at Florida in 2024, the Gators posted a 2.93 ERA and advanced to the semifinals at the Womenβs College World Series. Florida finished the season with a record of 54-15 and 17-7 in conference action while winning the SEC Tournament as the second-overall seed.

He represented Team USA at the WBSC Menβs Softball World Championship, earning a bronze medal in 2022. At the 2022 Pan American Championship, Kilpatrick held a 3.46 ERA with 29 strikeouts in 30.1 innings pitched. In the 2022 World Championship, he tossed a complete game shutout in the bronze medal game over defending champions, Argentina. This past summer, Kilpatrick won bronze with Team USA at the World Cup finals in Prince Alberta, Canada.

Kilpatrick earned his bachelorβs degree in sports management from Florida. He also earned his bachelorβs in sports business leadership from Australian College of Physical Education in Sydney, Australia.
