Kiley Strong serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance & Policy Strategy. In that role she oversees the Compliance staff and operations for the Athletic Department, working to promote and maintain compliance with NCAA and Big 10 Conference rules. She is also the sport administrator for gymnastics and beach volleyball. Prior to serving in this role, Strong served in various roles on the UW Compliance team since 2011, including managing football compliance and overseeing athletics financial aid operations.

Strong grew up in the Seattle area and graduated with her law degree from the University of Oregon in 2010. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University where she was also a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field. She lives in Edmonds, Washington with her husband and two children.
