With Wednesday's 65-59 win against Texas A&M, June Daugherty has reached her 300th career win as a head coach.
Washington (4-4) improves to 1-2 this season when facing a ranked opponent. Washington is now 41-103 all time against Top-25 opponents, including a 29-39 home record.
Washington is now even with Texas A&M at 1-1 in their all-time series.
The last time Washington beat a Top-25 opponent was in the first round of last year's NCAA tournament - March 18, 2006 versus Minnesota (73-69).
Cameo Hicks led Washington in both scoring and rebounds, with 16 and 6, respectively. Cameo Hicks had recorded two straight 29-point efforts prior to tonight's game, and this is her 7th double figure scoring game this season and 3rd straight.
