Washington's anchor on beam... competed on bars nine times during the season... ranked second in the nation on the balance beam (9.950)... won six event titles during the season, all on beam... set career high on beam against UCLA with a 9.975... also set a career high on the bars (9.950)... won the beam titles against Cal/Sacramento State (9.900), at Oregon State (9.950), at Boise State (9.925), against Arizona State (9.950), against UCLA (9.975), and at Seattle Pacific (9.875)... has won 10 event titles in her Husky career, six this season, one in 2003, and three in 2002... competed in the anchor spot on beam all season and has not scored below 9.850... the lead-off gymnast on floor, has not scored below 9.775... returns to the lineup after missing most of 2003 and 2002 seasons due to knee injuries... her scores counted to the Husky effort 35 out of 36 times this season... the first Husky gymnast to hail from Alabama. 2003 (Sophomore): Competed in the first five meets of the season before being sidelined with a knee injury ... was a team co-captain... performed on bars, beam and floor... posted season-high score of 9.875 on beam in dual meet at Seattle Pacific... top floor outing was a 9.825 at UCLA... her best bars score came at Florida when she posted a 9.600. 2002 (RS Freshman): Only competed in three meets for the Huskies before suffering a knee injury... scored or tied career or season bests in every event in her last meet against California...set a season high of 9.725 on the vault... scored a career best of 9.775 on the bars ... captured first place with a season high of 9.875 on the beam... took first place with a season high of 9.875 on the floor... scored a career high of 39.250 in the all-around and took first in the meet. 2001 (Freshman): Tied for ninth on the beam with a 9.775 at the NCAA Regionals in Nebraska... tied for 23rd on the floor with score of 9.875 at the Pac-10 Championships... tied her career high on the vault for the third consecutive meet at OSU's Shanico Inn-Vitational with a score of 9.825... scored two career bests in the meet against Utah and Western Michigan... saw her first competition for the Huskies against Denver, Maryland, and Cal, tying teammate Stacy Wong for eighth place with a score of 9.775... came in fifth with a score of 9.775 on the floor against Boise State... tied Robin Phelps of Stanford and Kristin Strid of Seattle Pacific for 11th on the floor with a score of 9.700... scored a then-career high and finished third on the vault with a score of 9.775 against Arizona State... tied teammate Lanna Apisukh for second place and scored a career high of 9.900 on the floor against Cal and UC Davis (2/9)... tied teammate Stacy Wong for 11th on the beam with a score of 9.725 at the UCLA Invitational (2/11)... scored a career high of 9.800 on the beam for a seventh place finish against Arizona... scored a 9.800 on the floor for an eighth place finish in the same meet... tied a career best on the vault finishing seventh against Oregon State (2/25)... tied another career best on the floor with a score of 9.900 in a tie for third with teammate Stacy Wong and Annie Campbell of Oregon State... tied for sixth place and a then-career best of 9.875 on the beam against Utah and Western Michigan (3/4)... scored another career best in the same meet for a sixth place finish on the vault with a 9.825... tied teammate Mandi Klug and Anne Kaus of Boise State for fourth on the vault to score a career best of 9.825 (3/10)... scored another career best on the beam with a 9.900 tying teammate Stacy Wong for third in the same meet.
