SEATTLE - The Huskies are back at home this weekend for two matches. On Friday they will take on No. 38 Nebraska and on Sunday No. 51 Wisconsin.
The matches come after a big weekend for the Dawgs after taking down No. 30 USC in a 4-2 win last Friday.
Nebraska comes into the weekend with one ranked singles player, No. 69 Calvin Mueller. They also have doubles team Lars Johann and Anton Shepp at No. 39.
New rankings this week held Washington's Cesar Bouchelghem at No. 35 and Dzianis Zharyn at No. 104. This is a career high ranking for Bouchelgham and the 12th Dawg in history to be ranked in the top 40. The duo are also ranked together in doubles at No. 78.
These matches will be vital in determining the ranking for the Huskies for postseason play. To make it to the Big Ten Championships, they will need to be ranked in the top ten. They currently sit at the No. 9 spot with a 3-4 record in conference play.
