BOISE, Idaho – Washington women's tennis opened the 2026-27 season with three wins at the Barb Chandler Classic.

Marina Markina and Nela Jandova teamed up in doubles and defeated Weber State's Emma Roberts and Alicia Morales, 8-4.

In singles, Jandova and Markina both won their matches in three sets by the same score, 1-6, 7-6(5), 6-4.
