2022: Wrapped up her career with another strong season in the multis, coming up just two spots shy of a spot at NCAA Outdoors, as she finished 26th with a season-best heptathlon score of 5,578 … set personal-bests during the season in the shot put and javelin … qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the open javelin, placing 44th overall … at final Pac-12 Championships, placed seventh in the heptathlon while managing a leg injury, scoring 5,291 points, including a PR in the javelin of 155-8 that put her No. 8 in school history in the javelin … won the long jump at the West Coast Relays with a season-best leap of 19-6 ¾ … scored 5,578 points in the heptathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays including a shot put PR of 42-7, a long jump of 19-2 ¾, a high jump make of 5-4 ¼, and a javelin throw of 150-3 … season-best 100m hurdles of 13.91 at the Raleigh Relays … indoors, competed unattached for the first three meets, but then competed in uniform at the Pac-12 Invitational where she took third in the pentathlon with 3,939 points … won the pentathlon high jump at 5-6 ½ and the shot put at 42-0 ¾ and ran a season-best 60m hurdles of 8.65 … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2021: Finished ranked 31st in the heptathlon nationally, falling just a few spots short of an NCAA Outdoor bid … ranking fourth after day one, was on pace to potentially set a season-best in the heptathlon at the Pac-12 Championships but had three fouls in the long jump … in the Pac-12 multis, had set an outdoor high jump best of 5-7 ¾ and a shot put PR of 42-2 ¼ … completed a heptathlon at the Jim Click Shootout, scoring 5,508 points for fourth and winning the long jump at 19-7 ½ and the javelin with a PR of 148-6 … at the UW-WSU Dual, second in the long jump at 19-1 ½, third in the 100m hurdles in 14.06, and fifth in the high jump at 5-5 … cleared 5-7 in the high jump to win the Doris Heritage Festival … competed just once indoors, going 40-3 ½ in the shot put at the Husky Classic … made the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2020 (Indoor Track; Outdoor Season Canceled): Captured a second-straight conference title in the multi-events and earned her first indoor All-America honor in the pentathlon while shattering the School Record … posted the sixth-best pentathlon score in the NCAA during the indoor season with her total of 4,190 points at the MPSF Championships which she won … broke the UW School Record with that score by 275 points … qualified for NCAA Indoors but did not get to compete as the meet was canceled due to COVID-19 … set new PRs in all five pentathlon events, with four of five PRs coming at MPSFs … in the MPSF pentathlon, won the first four events, taking the 60m hurdles in 8.43 seconds, getting a high jump PR of 5-9 1/4 to rank No. 4 in school history in that event, winning the shot put at 41-2 1/2, and winning the long jump at 19-7 which ranks No. 7 in school history, and then PR’ing in the 800-meters in 2:30.09 … ran her 60m hurdles PR of 8.40 (altitude converted from 8.38) at the Don Kirby Invite to go to No. 4 in school history in that list … improvement in the high jump was especially impressive, as she came into the year with an outdoor PR of 5-6 1/2 from the 2019 NCAA Outdoor meet, then raised that by over two inches to 5-8 3/4 at the UW Last Chance Meet and then another half-inch at MPSFs to 5-9 1/4; her best indoor high jump from 2019 was just 5-3 1/4 … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
2019: A record-shattering sophomore season as she became the best heptathlete in Washington school history and claimed the Pac-12 Heptathlon title, the first by a Husky since 1992 … qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships and finished ninth in the heptathlon, the highest finish ever by a Husky at NCAAs, and just 14 points out of eighth-place and a podium spot … earned Second Team All-America honors for ninth … raised her heptathlon PR by 800 points from her freshman season … broke the school record for the third time at the NCAA Championships, scoring 5,779 points, and setting PRs in the 100m hurdles (13.51), the high jump (5-6 1/2), the shot put (41-10), and the javelin (141-3) … her 100m hurdles time of 13.51 from NCAAs is third-fastest in school history … won the heptathlon title at the Pac-12 Multi-Events in Tucson with a then-PR and school record of 5,762 points, which included PRs in the 200-meters (24.46), the long jump (19-9), and the 800-meters (2:24.93) … returned to Tucson the next week for the Pac-12 Championships and scored in the 100m hurdles final, taking sixth in 13.65 and taking 12th in the long jump … also qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 100m hurdles, finishing 40th overall in 13.89 … first shattered the heptathlon school record at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 700 point PR of 5,642, breaking the old record by nearly 400 points … won the 100m hurdles at the UW-WSU Dual in 13.75 seconds and was second in the long jump at 19-2 3/4 … won the long jump collegiate section at the Stanford Invitational going 19-8 … indoors, raised her pentathlon PR to 3,848 points, the third-best mark in school history, in a runner-up finish at the MPSF Championships … ran a 200-meters indoor PR of 24.57 at the Last Chance Elite Meet, going to seventh in school history in that event … clocked a 60m hurdles PR of 8.42 at the UW Indoor Preview for the No. 5 mark in school history … all told put her name in six different Husky top-10 lists in 2019.

High School and Personal: Born in Bellingham, Wash. … parents are Tammy and Joseph Rusnak … has one older brother, Nathan, who runs track for Trinity Christian … captured five Washington State Championships at the 1A level and was top-three at state in four different events her senior year in 2017 … as a senior, won her third 100m hurdles state title and ran a 14.12 second PR in the prelims with a 2.8 tailwind and won the long jump title with a career-best 19-0 ¼ jump into a headwind while also finishing third in the 100-meter final and third in the 200-meter final … won the long jump and 100m hurdles state titles as a sophomore and hurdles title as a freshman … ranked second in the state in 2017 at all levels in the 100m hurdles and fifth in the long jump … named Whatcom County Track Athlete of the Year in 2017 … also lettered three years in volleyball and was an All-League First Team pick … earned a 3.52 grade point average.
