Washington registered its school-record 12th straight conference home victory. The Huskies previously strung together 11 consecutive Pac-10 wins in Seattle from Mar. 12, 1983 to Jan. 3, 1985.
The Cougars are winless in their last 11 visits to Seattle, last winning at UW on Jan. 29, 1994.
The Huskies limited Washington State to 48 points. That is the first time UW held an opponent under 50 points since Dec. 21, 2002 when Florida International scored 48.
Washington won its 18th straight home game, the ninth-longest streak in school history. UW's last home loss was Jan. 10, 2004 against UCLA.
The Huskies have held a double-digit lead at some point in all seven of their Pac-10 games this season.
Washington State held Washington to 66 points on 36-percent shooting from the floor (23-64), the Huskies' lowest totals this season.
Freshman center Robbie Cowgill grabbed a season/career-high with seven rebounds.
