General Statement:
"We talked about Oregon as the most lethal offensive team in the league and we saw why. Their ability to shoot the three, penetrate and dish, and score from every spot on the floor is unlike any other team we have played and will play this year. I thought our guys did a very good job. We kept our turnovers down but we haven't solved the free throw situation yet. Eleven turnovers in a game like that is pretty good. I have to watch the film, but the play that sticks out to be may have been Venoy driving to the lane and finding Ryan on the opposite side of the floor. Not many players can make that play."On Freshman Venoy Overton: "I think this is the kind of game that Venoy excels in, more of a wide open game. As a freshman sometimes you haven't quite learned in the half court game, just how to make things easier for yourself and everyone else. In an open game like this you can see he's pretty good with the basketball but he also applied a lot of defensive pressure to their guards. He helped us on both ends, grabbing four rebounds."
On the pace of the game: "We were comfortable with the pace, but I wasn't comfortable with our early threes that we didn't [make], we weren't in rhythm. You penetrate, you kick it out, ball goes into the post, you pass it back out and it's a rhythm shot. Those threes are different as opposed to facing your guy up and then shooting. Ryan's good at that but they're better at that than we are. As far as getting up and down, we don't mind that. I was more concerned early with some of our shot selection as opposed to the pace."
Junior Jon Brockman On NCAA Tournament Chances: "Not right now. Not with the record we have and what we've done so far, but I think we can be."

General Comments:
"We talked about, in preparation for the whole trip in playing Washington, there are a couple of areas that, when we play them, we have to be the guy that comes out on top. One of those areas is you have to win the hustle game, that is the loose balls, attacking the glass, and things like that. I think that when you look at stats - they were 45-35 in rebounding margin - that tells you something right there: that you didn't win that game. When you look at UCLA and you look at Washington State, 9 out of 10 times down the floor those guys are solid and where they need to be defensively. That's where we've been in our last three ballgames and that's where were really consistently coming down the stretch, and this game we were probably 4 out of 10 times (where we needed to be). You are not going to beat them that way, particularly at home."On Point Guard Play: "I just thought our point guard play was not very good today. You can not shoot 3-18 from the field, and not get the ball to Maarty Leunen who is 8-9 and Malik Hairston, who is shooting the ball so well, and not get those guys 8, 9, 10 more shots. That is not good enough for us, particularly on the road. You've got to be stellar from the point guard spot on the road."
On Team Energy: "It is amazing to me that we can go from playing so great for three straight games doing everything right, and then you are out here in this environment and everything. Some of it is maybe their hustle and their energy and their intensity. Sometimes when you talk about not being in the right spot when the ball goes up, you've got a responsibility, and that is to keep your guy off the boards. We did not get that done. I feel like, at times, they pounded us on the boards. It is a mental thing right there, that leads to being a physical breakdown, that leads to them winning the hustle game, and them winning an energy game against you, and you can't do that against Washington."
On 17 Washington Offensive Rebounds: "It is Brockman, number one. He is just a relentless rebounder, and they are a relentless rebounding team, so you need to be a relentless block-out team. If you forget an assignment and it breaks you down, you can play great defense at time, and then all the sudden give them an extra shot, an easy shot or a putback."
