Washington ended the season with a record of 12-17, 7-12 in the Pac-10.
The Huskies snapped a three-game winning streak with the loss; Oregon State has now won two consecutive games and will face the No. 2 seed UCLA on Friday.
Washington had won both regular season games against the Beavers this season.
This was the second time the teams have met in the Pac-10 tournament. Washington beat Oregon State, 81-68, in 2005.
