Against South Florida, Andjela Nemcevic, Capucine Gregoire and Riko Shimizuwon their singles matches to advance to play UCLA.
This is Washington's second trip to San Diego State's Aztec Tennis Center this season, having played SDSU Fall Classic in November. Following the matchup with the host school, the Dawgs face Saint Mary's also in San Diego in a neutral site matchup.
The Aztecs are off to a 2-0 start with wins over UC Riverside and Cal State Fullerton. Julia Wais has played No. 1 singles for San Diego State and is 2-0 on the season. All-time, Washington is 11-6 against San Diego State, including a 4-2 win last year in Seattle.

The Gaels are led by No. 64 singles player, Jenny Julien, who is 1-1 this season. The Gaels lost the double point against UNLV, but came back to win that match, 5-2.
