2006-07: Competed twice in the fall, running in the season-opening Sundodger Invite where she placed 11th among UW runners, and at the Willamette Invite, running fourth amongst Huskies ... redshirted the track season.
High School and Personal: Parents are Sandy and Dennis Ho ... youngest of three siblings, including brother Brett and sister Tarah ... both siblings competed collegiately in the Seattle area, Brett in soccer at UPS and Tarah in track at SPU ... a six-time state prep champion ... inducted into Nissan's Hawaii Hall of Honor in 2006 ... named the Gatorade State Athlete of the Year in 2004-05 after winning four state titles ... swept state cross country titles in each of her final two seasons, and was fourth in 2003 ... swept state track titles at 800m, 1500m and 3000m as a junior in 2005, and won state 1500m title as a freshman ... never finished lower than fourth in nine-career state championship races, including three cross country and six track finals ... missed her senior track season with an injury ... ran ninth in the 2004 Footlocker West Regional meet in California, just one spot shy of a berth at nationals ... was 35th at the Footlocker meet as a senior ... won seven ILH cross country or track and field titles ... a seven-time letter winner and five-time team captain ... also excelled in soccer her first two years, winning All-ILH first-team and all-state honorable mention as a sophomore ... was selected as a Region VII pool player in U.S. Soccer's Olympic Development Program ... considering a career as a nutritionist.
