I'm 5'2” but I wear a size 10 shoes in women's and nine in men's.
What is the best part about playing for Coach Tarr?
Coach Tarr is very knowledgeable and her passion for success is surreal.
Why did you choose the number you wear?
I chose to wear the #18 in remembrance of my Grandpa Taguba who passed away on Dec. 18, 2011 right before my first high school varsity season.
What is your most embarrassing softball moment?
During one of my club team's practices, I was shagging balls in the outfield and I got hit on the head with a dimple ball. I had dimple marks on the middle of my head for two weeks.

Rachel in her own words:
I am very competitive, hardworking and determined. Nothing can stop me from accomplishing my goals. Eating and sleeping are two of my favorite hobbies. I love poke, sashimi and sushi. I can be a picky eater at times but I'll eat almost anything. I enjoy going to school and learning about new subjects, however I dislike studying for tests. From my schedule to my room, everything has to be organized. If I am messy I give myself anxiety. I started playing baseball at the age of four and softball at the age of 12. My brother was my first role model, my mom was my first coach and my dad was my first fan. Without my family I wouldn't be the woman I am today.
