Lee and Woosley Named to GCAA PING All-West Region Team

SEATTLE – University of Washington men's golfers Henry Lee and Noah Woolsey have been named to the Golf Coaches Association of America PING All-West District Team, the organization announced on Thursday.
Lee, a senior, finished the year with a 70.78 stroke average in eight events and posted 14 rounds under par. He finished in the top 10 five times and took home the individual title at the Arizona Intercollegiate for his first outright tournament victory. He also tied for first at the Georgetown Intercollegiate. Lee only finished outside of the top five three times during the season. He tied for fifth at the Bandon Dunes Championship, finished fifth at the Old Town Club Collegiate and tied for fifth at the Husky Invitational.
Woolsey took home three tournament titles during the 2019-20 season. The junior shared the victory at the Husky Invitational before winning the Old Town Club Collegiate outright the following week. He also tied for first at the Georgetown Intercollegiate. His final four tournaments of the year featured all top 20 showings. Woolsey led the team with a 70.6 stroke average, and added 13 rounds under par.
