Off the Course with Noah Woolsey
April 29, 2020 | Men's Golf
Junior Noah Woolsey really made a name for himself during 2019-20 as he was a PING All-American Honorable Mention after winning three tournaments, posting four top 10 showings and recording under-par scores in 13 of his 23 rounds. The junior led the team in stroke average at 70.6. After sharing the individual title to open the season at the Husky Invitational, Woolsey won his first outright title the following week at the Old Town Club Collegiate. He also took home a share of the title at the Georgetown Intercollegiate. In eight tournaments, Woolsey only finished outside of the top 20 once and was also the Pac-12 Golfer of the Month while earning GCAA All-District honors as well following the season.
