SALEM, Ore. - Washington returned to Corban University in Salem, Ore. for the second time this season for another pairs tourney, starting Friday morning. The Dawgs competed against Corban, Oregon, and Boise State, with the teams dispersing their duos in such a way as to keep the No. 1 duo of one team from playing the No. 1 duo of another team at least until Saturday's bracket-play portion.

Shayne McPherson and Chloe Loreen continued their stellar play, going 3-0 today in their pool. Also going 3-0 were Callie Weber and Cassidy Schilling in Pool E. Scarlett Dahl and Natalie Robinson were 2-1, while Avie Niece and Hannah Yerex were 1-2, as were Ashley Shook and Kyra Petersen.
