
Huskies Versus Huskers Matchup On Deck For Women’s Basketball

SEATTLE – The Washington women's basketball team (15-12, 6-9 Big Ten) will conclude its regular season road schedule with a trip to the Midwest, starting with a matchup at Nebraska on Sunday, Feb. 23.
The fifth ever matchup between the Huskies and Huskers will be aired on B1G+ at 12 p.m. PT.
Bobby Hessling (play-by-play) and Harmon Johnsen (analyst) will be on the call for Nebraska's Senior Day game in Pinnacle Bank Arena, alongside sideline reporter Olivia Davenport.
Jason Dorow will call his first Husky game this season on 1090 KPTR-AM.
This will be the first meeting between these two teams since 2000. The Huskies are 2-2 all-time against the Huskers, with both losses coming in Nebraska.

Elle Ladine and Dalayah Daniels combined for 50 of UW's 83 points in a home win over Rutgers Thursday night as Washington improved to 6-9 in conference play and 11-6 at home inside Alaska Airlines Arena.
Ladine led all scorers with 28 points and tied a career-high six three-pointers while Daniels notched a season-high 22 points on 71.4 percent shooting (10-of-14).
The Huskies clinched a spot in their first ever Big Ten Tournament with the victory over the Scarlet Knights.
