
Huskies To Head To Fayetteville Regional

SEATTLE – The Washington softball team will make its 32nd consecutive NCAA Regional appearance in 2026 as it will head to the Fayetteville Regional at Arkansas.
In Fayetteville, the Regional will include No. 2 seed Arkansas, South Florida and Fordham with Regional action beginning Friday, May 15.
The No. 7 seed Dawgs will face South Florida in the opening game of the regional on Friday, May 15 at Bogle Park.
The winner of the Fayetteville Regional will face the winner of the Durham Regional in the NCAA Super Regional the following weekend in a three-game series, May 21-24. No. 3 seed Duke is hosting No. 6 Arizona, Marshall and Howard.
The 2026 Women's College World Series (WCWC) is set to take place May 28 through June 4/5 at Devon Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The WCWS features the final eight NCAA teams in a double elimination format, ending in a best-of-three championship series to determine a national champion.
