July 22, 2026 | Track & Field
SEATTLE – More than a dozen former Huskies, plus one current Dawg in Mia Cochran, converge on New York and Icahn Stadium looking for some iconic performances at the USATF Outdoor Championships. The action gets underway on Thursday, July 23, and runs through this Sunday, July 26.
The meet will all be streamed on a combination of Peacock and USATF.tv, with live television windows on NBC on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3 p.m. on Saturday, and from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday.
There are ten UW men's alumni and four UW women set to compete this week for a total of 14 Dawgs. Nine of those 14 will be racing the 1,500-meters, with the first round for both the men and women coming on Thursday afternoon. The final of the 1,500-meters will go on Saturday.
Notably, four members from the 2026 Husky squads will be in action, including Cochran and Chloe Foerster in the women's 1,500-meters, Reuben Reina in the men's 1,500-meters, and James Rhoads in the men's pole vault.
2025 alum Nathan Green will be gunning for his second national title of the year, as he won the USA Indoor men's 1,500-meters back in March.
