Washington Men’s Golf Unveils 2026-27 Schedule

SEATTLE – Washington men's golf first-year head coach Thomas Sutton has announced the program's 2026-27 schedule on Monday.
The Huskies' roster will return Jake Foley, Emil Herstad (Second Team All-Big Ten), Finn Koelle (Second Team All-Big Ten & Big Ten Championship Runner-Up), Brock Maulding and Grady Millar. Washington will also welcome three newcomers to the squad in freshmen Quinn Burwell and Hamish Farquharson alongside Seattle U transfer, Walker Lamb.
The campaign will open on Sept. 12-13 as the Dawgs host the Sahalee Players Championship at Sahalee Country Club. The Huskies will welcome 11 of the nation's best programs to the Pacific Northwest for the fourth consecutive season hosting the tournament in conjunction with Sahalee Country Club. The Huskies will travel to the Windy City for The Windon Memorial Classic hosted by Northwestern at Onwentsia Country Club, Sept. 28-29.
Washington's men's and women's programs will travel across the pond to play at The Home of Golf for the St Andrews Links Collegiate, Oct. 12-14. The first two stroke play rounds will be held at the Jubilee course, and the final match play round will be at the historic Old Course. Golf Channel will bring live coverage of the tournament.
UW will close out the fall slate at the Saint Mary's Invitational at Bayonet Golf Club, Oct. 19-12.
The season will ramp back up Jan. 25-26, 2027 at the Southwestern Invitational hosted by Pepperdine at North Ranch Country Club.
The Dawgs will head over the Pacific Ocean to Waimea, Hawaii and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North Course) for the Amer Ari Invitational hosted by Hawaii-Hilo, running from Feb. 4-6.
Washington will return to The Desimone Invitational for a second consecutive season. The tournament will be held Match 8-9 at Lake Merced Country Club in Daly City, Calif. named after the Golden Bears' long-time head coach, Steve Desimone.
UW will travel down to Eugene, Ore. for The Duck Invitational (March 22-23) followed by The Goodwin (March 25-27).
In April, the Purple and Gold will compete in their two final tournaments of the regular season at The Western Intercollegiate (April 12-14) and The Thunderbird Collegiate (April 16-17). The Western Intercollegiate will be the Huskies' second tournament of the season televised on Golf Channel.
Postseason action will begin with the Big Ten Championships at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J., April 30-May 2. Last season, Washington finished in third with Koelle earning runner-up honors while being named to the All-Tournament Team.
NCAA Regionals will be held at one of six sites – TPC Myrtle Beach (Murrells Inlet, S.C.), Pfau Golf Course (Bloomington, Ind.), The Rawls Course (Lubbock, Texas), Gallery Golf Club (Marana, Ariz.) and Tennessee National (Loudon, Tenn.). The NCAA Championships will be held May 28-June 2 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa (North Course) in Carlsbad, Calif.
