August 03, 2026 | Volleyball
SEATTLE – The start of the 2026 Husky Volleyball season is just a couple of weeks away, and today the Big Ten announced the television selections for the season along with the start times for many of those dates. Washington will have seven matches broadcast live this fall, six on Big Ten Network and one on FS1.
All UW home matches not televised live will be streamed live on Big Ten Plus. Season tickets, flex plans, and non-conference single match tickets at Alaska Airlines Arena are all on sale now.
The first UW televised match will be at Michigan on September 27 on Big Ten Network. Additional BTN appearances include Oct. 11 at Penn State, Oct. 23 at Wisconsin, Oct. 25 at Minnesota, Nov. 1 vs. Maryland, and Nov. 14 at USC. The one match scheduled for FS1 will be the Nov. 8 home match against Nebraska, with the start time still TBD for that showdown.
The Huskies started practice last week, and are moving towards an exhibition against Oregon State on Aug. 15 and then the season opener on Aug. 28 at home against UC Irvine at 7 p.m.
