2024-25 (Senior at UW):
She led the team in points (276), field goals made (116), blocks, and blocks per game. In conference play, Eke led the league in blocks (42) and blocks per game (2.33). Eke also led the conference in blocks as a sophomore and was second in the league in blocks per game that year. In back-to-back seasons, Eke ranked in the Top 10 in the MAC in rebounding and Top 15 in field goal percentage.
Off the court, Eke was named to the Academic All-MAC Team.
2022-23 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 30 games, started 18 … Averaged 8.8 points per game, 7.0 rebounds per game, and 1.7 blocks per game … Led the team in blocked shots (51) and ranked second in rebounds (210) … The 51 blocked shots led the conference and ranked 46th nationally while her 1.7 blocks per game ranked second and 45th nationally … Her 7.0 boards per game average was good for seventh in the league … Collected multiple blocks in 17 outings and produced five double-double performances.

Personal: Tayra is the daughter of Chris Eke and Natalia Benitez and has two brothers, Brian and Eric, and one sister, Danah. She was the member of the U20 Spanish National Team during the summer of 2022.
