High School and Personal: Born in Renton, Wash. β¦ mother is Jennie Beltramini and father is Michael Mong β¦ has one older sister, Macy, and one younger brother, Austin β¦ the 2023-24 Gatorade Player of the Year for Washington in cross country after winning the 2A state cross country title as a senior in 2023 β¦ captured the 2024 2A state track titles in 1600-meters and 3200-meters leading Anacortes to the team title β¦ All-American in the 2-mile in 2024 with a fifth-place finish at Nike Outdoor Nationals β¦ at 2024 New Balance Indoor Nationals, was 11th in the 5,000-meters β¦ as a junior on the track was runner-up at state in the 3200-meters and fifth in the 1600m β¦ a National Honor Society member β¦ Athletic Academic Award winner 2022-24.
