Laura Carlyle is starting her third year as Director of Operations for Men’s Golf at the University of Washington. She came here after working for a year in the Oregon State University athletic marketing department.
Her main focus is targeted toward Foundation Members and fundraising for the program. She also helps with social media, marketing, and other behind the scenes administrative tasks.
Carlyle graduated from Oregon State University in 2012 with a business major and merchandise management minor. During her time at OSU, she was a highly successful track and cross country runner. She earned All-American accolades in track for the 2011 and ‘12 outdoor seasons and the 2012 indoor season. She was also named captain of the OSU track and cross country teams in 2012, and holds the Beaver records in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, and 5000m runs.
