2017: Continued to develop his all-around skills in the multi-events, then focused on the long jump and also took up the 400m hurdles with quick success late in the outdoor season … scored at the Pac-12 Championships in the long jump, taking seventh with a mark of 23-9 ½ … also competed in the 400m hurdles four times at the end of the season after injury prevented him from completing a decathlon, and he finished 16th in the 400m hurdles at Pac-12s … ran a 400m hurdles PR of 52.87 at the OSU High Performance Meet … was second in the long jump at the UW-WSU Dual with a mark of 23-11, and third in the 400m hurdles in 54.93 … set personal-bests in five of the ten decathlon events outdoors including the 100m (11.05), 110m hurdles (14.93), high jump (6-5), wind-legal long jump (23-11), and shot put (37-6 ½) … indoors, placed eighth in the heptathlon at the MPSF Championships with 5,325 points … had an indoor PR in the pole vault of 13-11 ¼ and a shot put best of 36-6 ¼ … named a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention and a USTFCCCA All-Academic individual.

2016: Had a big season in his return from a two year Mission, breaking into the Husky top-10 in the decathlon, and qualifying for NCAA West Prelims in the long jump … at the Pac-12 Multi-Events Championships at Husky Track, he scored a career-best 7,192 points, his first time over 7,000, to finish sixth in the decathlon and move to No. 7 in school history … in the Pac-12 decathlon he set PRs in seven of the 10 events, including a 100-meters of 11.14, a 400-meters of 48.87, a wind-aided long jump of 24-3 ½ which won the event, a pole vault of 13-9 ¼, a shot put of 37-2 ½, a javelin throw of 146-11, and a 1,500-meter run of 4:31.53 … his long jump at Pac-12 multis qualified him for NCAA Prelims in Kansas, where he finished 43rd overall … won the long jump at the UW-WSU Dual with a jump of 23-5 ¼ … completed another decathlon at the California Invite Multis, scoring 6,874 points with a wind-aided 100m best of 11.03 and a 110m hurdles PR of 15.13 … indoors, also scored in the multis at the MPSF Championships, as he scored a career-high 5,415 points to place fifth and jump to No. 3 on the Husky heptathlon list … set PRs in five events at MPSFs, running the 60m dash in 7.01, going 8.41 seconds in the 60m hurdles, high jumping 6-5, vaulting 13-9 ¼, and his long jump PR of 23-11 also put him eighth on the Husky indoor long jump top-10 … a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention and was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2013: Very busy first season for the multi-event athlete, as he traveled to the Pac-12 Multi-Events Championships and took 12^th in the decathlon … best decathlon of the season was his first one at the Mt. SAC Relays where he scored 6,640 points … also competed in the open long jump at Pac-12s, placing 17^th overall … took third in the long jump at the UW-WSU Dual meet with a best of 22-10 … best long jump of the year was a 23-9 ½ mark at the Spring Break Open, though no wind reading was taken … sixth in the long jump at the Pepsi Team Invite at 22-7 … indoors, began a heptathlon at the Boise State Team Challenge but only completed day one.

High School and Personal: Born in Seattle ... parents are Kerrie and Scott Gordon ... has one older sister, Arielle, two younger sisters, Sarina and Grace, and two younger brothers, Sam and Ben ... father attended UW and mother swam for the University of Utah ... won multiple Washington state 3A titles in the jumps, and took up the decathlon his senior year, placing third in the state multi-event championships ... qualified for state in five different events during his career ... won his second straight 3A state long jump title as a senior in 2012, going 22-8 in the final ... won the 2011 state long jump title with a 22-10 ½ mark ... also finished top-five at state in the high jump from 2010-12 ... sixth at state in the 200-meter dash final as a junior in 2011 ... took third at state in the triple jump in 2012, going 45-3 ¼ ... ran on the state title winning 4x400m relay in 2011 ... named WIAA State Athlete of the Week in 2012 ... three-time high school track most valuable athlete and Liberty's athlete of the year for 2011-12 ... won a total of 10 KingCo track titles ... competed at the 2011 Arcadia Invite, taking second in the long jump at 22-7 and second in the high jump at 6-5 ... school record-holder in seven different events ... a three-year starter in football, earning first team All-KingCo on offense and defense ... an Eagle Scout ... would like to thank parents and Hamilton Noel for their support.
