Fun-Filled Open House Set For Saturday At Husky Ballpark

WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 2: 11:00 a.m.-noon.
WHAT: Open House at Husky Ballpark
WHERE: Husky Ballpark is located on Walla Walla Road, north of Husky Stadium and southeast of the E1 parking lot.
Prior to kickoff of the Washington-Utah football game on Saturday, Nov. 2, all fans are invited to attend a fun-filled open house at Husky Ballpark from 11:00 a.m. to noon.

Fans will be able to tour the Huskies' picturesque facilities β including the Wayne Gittinger Team Building which houses the locker room and recently renovated Omaha room β and the spacious hitting facilities. Attendees will also be able to meet current Husky Baseball players and explore the concourse and field.

Besides many photo opportunities on the tour, kids are invited to run around the bases and test their arms out at pitching stations located inside the hitting facilities. Complimentary donuts and hot chocolate and coffee will be available for fans looking to explore and warm up. Also, there will be several exciting giveaways throughout the hour-long event.

Several special guests will be on hand throughout the open house. Fans can meet Dubs from 11:00 to 11:15 and the Husky Pep Band will stop by to fire up the crowd from 11:15 to 11:30.
