Ruby Meylan got the start in the circle, going 3.1 innings with two hits allowed and four strikeouts. Lindsay Lopez (9-2) got the win in relief with a pair of strikeouts.
Olivia Johnson led off the second with a single and was followed by a walk from Sydney Stewart to put a pair of runners on. Rylee Holtorf came around to bat and sent the ball over the left field wall – her second consecutive game with a three-run homer.
The Huskies added an insurance run in the fourth on Kinsey Fiedler's RBI single to score Brooke Nelson from second for the 4-0 advantage.
With bases loaded, a fielder's choice allowed Sydney Stewart to score. A couple batters later, Nelson sent seventh home run of the season to make it 8-0 Dawgs.

Boise State added a pair of runs in the bottom of the fourth.
Washington answered right back with a pair of two-run homers by Holtorf and Nelson to make it 12-2. It is the second time this season the Huskies have had two batters hit a pair of home runs in one game. The pair of home runs by Holtorf are the first time in her career she has accomplished that feat. It is the second time in a span of four days Nelson has homered twice.

The Broncos responded with six runs in the fifth.
After a leadoff walk to Kinsey Fiedler in the sixth, O. Johnson sent her fourth home run of the season out to left. With runners on the corners, the Huskies plated its 15th run on a double steal.
Boise State added a run in the seventh on a solo home run.
Up next, the Huskies return to Pac-12 play at California next weekend (April 19-21). All games will be streamed on Cal Live Stream 5.
