2024-25: An historic one season as a Husky, earning four All-America honors, three First Team and one Second Team, and setting School Records in the 5,000-meters outdoors, the mile, 3,000-meters, and DMR indoors … won the Big Ten Indoor 3k title and was runner-up outdoors in the Big Ten 5k … incredible double at NCAA Indoors, finishing 5th in the mile and 4th in the 3k less than an hour apart, helped UW to a fourth-place team finish ... also earned CSC Academic All-America Second Team honors.
2025 Outdoors: Qualified for NCAA Outdoors in both the 1,500-meters and the 5,000-meters, and placed eighth in the NCAA 5k final and 16th overall in the 1,500m for All-America First Team and Second Team honors … ran 15:35.93 in the NCAA 5k final in a tightly packed finish as she was less than one second out of third … qualified for nationals in both events by earning the 12th and final spot in the 1,500m at West Prelims in 4:10.34, then doubling back later that day and taking second in her 5k heat in 15:49.52 … was the Big Ten Outdoor silver medalist at 5,000-meters in 15:37.55, and again that came shortly after a 1,500m run, as she was fourth in the finals of that event in 4:14.93 … ran on the 4x1500m relay that took second at the Penn Relays … opened her outdoor season running 4:12.65 for 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invite … Summer: Lowered the UW School Record in the 5,000m at a meet in Liege, Belgium on July 16, running 15:22.81 … competed for the Netherlands at the World University Games, taking sixth in the 1,500m … the runner-up at the Dutch Championships in the 1,500-meters … lowered her 1,500m PR at a meet in Oordegem, Belgium, running 4:05.96.
2025 Indoors: One of the most special performances by a Husky ever at NCAA Indoors, with two top-finish finishes less than an hour apart, crucial in UW earning a program-record fourth-place team finish and team trophy … on the NCAA Indoors final day at Virginia Beach, she placed fifth in the NCAA mile final, one spot ahead of teammate Chloe Foerster, in a time of 4:34.03, then less than an hour later she doubled back and finished fourth in the 3,000-meters final against a field of mostly fresh runners, collecting two First Team All-America honors on the day … her fifth-place mile finish was the best by a Husky since 2010 and her fourth-place 3k finish was the best in school history … ran away with the Big Ten Indoors title at 3,000-meters, dominating the final few laps to win in a time of 9:09.06 for her first conference title as a Dawg … also took fourth in the 800m at Big Ten Indoors in 2:04.08 to score a team-high 15 points total … set three UW School Records in three consecutive races over two weeks … first broke the School Record in the DMR at the Husky Classic, anchoring the team to a time of 10:40.44 to qualify for NCAAs … one day later broke the 3,000-meters School Record that had stood for 13 years, going 8:46.20 … one week later at the BU Terrier Last Chance Meet broke the School Record in the mile in 4:26.39, the 10th-fastest in NCAA history … also ran a then-PR in the mile of 4:28.39 at the UW Invitational … opened the year at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener in December of 2024, running 9:00.65 for the 3k.
