2021: On April 7, 2021, it was announced that Latu would retire from football due to a lingering neck injury, but would remain around the program as a student coach while finishing his degree.
2020: Did not see any game action during the 2020 season.
2019: Played in 12 of 13 games (all, other than vs. Hawai'i) as a true freshman ... saw action in the Huskies' win over Eastern Washington, finishing with two tackles ... one of his two stops vs. EWU as a TFL in the end zone that resulted in a safety ... two tackles, including half of a sack, vs. California ... made three tackles in the win at BYU ... had one tackle in the victory over USC ... saw action at Stanford ... made two stops in the UW win at Arizona ... had four tackles vs. Oregon ... batted down a pass in the Apple Cup win over WSU ... made two tackles in the Las Vegas Bowl win over Boise State.
