SEATTLE - The UW baseball team took full advantage of Halloween by having some fun during defensive drills. The Huskies gathered Wednesday at the Dempsey Indoor Practice Facility for an evening session in full costume.
"I told our guys that if we can maintain our level of concentration and get our work done under these circumstances, then we will learn something," said Husky head coach Lindsay Meggs. "And you know what? We did both. We had fun and we executed."
The Huskies open the 2013 season next Feb. 15 at UC Davis.
