Four-year letterwinner... Finishes her career ranked tied for ninth in UW history with 71 career starts... Started 71 of 73 career games... Two-time Pac-10 All-Academic... Two-year team captain... Started 44 consecutive matches to close out her career.
2009 (Senior)
Named Honorable Mention Pac-10 All-Academic... Served as team captain for the second straight season... Also named team's Most Inspirational Player and earned the "Goal of the Year" award for her goal against No. 2 Portland in the NCAA Second Round... One of four Huskies to start all 22 games... Anchored a Husky defense that allowed just 1.00 goals per game, which ranked fifth in the Pac-10... Led the team to seven shutouts... Helped the Husky defense hold No. 1 Stanford to a season-low 12 shots in a 3-0 loss and also held No. 4 UCLA to a season-low nine shots in the Bruins' 2-1 win, well below their average of 17 per game... Led the Huskies to a shutout of No. 25 Ole Miss in their 1-0 NCAA First Round victory... Made her final game in Purple & Gold a memorable one, scoring her second career goal and her first since her freshman year in a 2-1 loss to No. 2 Portland... The goal came directly off a corner kick and came with the Huskies playing a player down... The goal tied the match at 1-1 in the 56th minute... It was her only shot of the season.
2008 (Junior)
Named honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic... Started all 20 games on the backline for Washington, anchoring a Husky defense that allowed just 1.38 goals per game... Was a part of six shutouts for the Huskies... Took three shots during the season (@ Illinois, Cal, @ Oregon)... Was one of three Husky captains, along with fellow defenders Dana Stirn and Kendyl Pele.
2007 (Sophomore)
Played in 10 games for the Huskies, starting eight times... Did not take a shot during the season, but helped the Husky defense to three shutouts and a 1.82 goals against average.
2006 (Freshman)
Played 19 games, starting all of them ... Missed only one contest, the final game of the season ... Netted UW's lone goal in a 3-1 loss at Oregon (Oct. 13) ... Distributed an assist on Dani Bridges' goal against Rhode Island (Sept. 1) ... Tied for sixth on the team with three total points ... Attempted four shots.
Issaquah High School
A member of the Issaquah (Wash.) High School team that competed in back-to-back state championship games ... Issaquah was the runner-up her senior season after winning the state title her junior campaign ... A three-time All-KingCo Conference pick who won the league MVP award her senior year ... Selected to the all-state first team two seasons and the second team once ... Recipient of the KingCo MVP award her senior season after earning co-MVP honors her junior year ... The 2005 King County Journal Player of the Year ... Named to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and Seattle Times All-Star teams.

Born in Kirkland, Washington ... Parents are Linda and Mike Kasser ... Brother, Matt Kasser, played on the Husky baseball team ... Father ran track and cross country at San Jose State ...
