TUCSON, Ariz. --Β Washington women's basketball (13-11, 3-10Β Pac-12) concludes their trip to the desertΒ when the Huskies take on Arizona (13-12, 5-8 Pac-12) on Sunday, Feb. 18 in the McKale Center in Tucson, Ariz.Β for a 11 a.m. PT/12 p.m. MT tip off.Β This is the 72ndΒ meeting all-time between the programs and second meeting this season. Coppinger, a 5-10 guard from Everson, Wash. (Nooksack Valley High School), will be staying in-state to come to Washington. Coppinger was one of 50 girlsΒ named to the 2023-24 Jersey Mike's Naismith Girls High School Player of the Year Watch List (11.16). Coppinger was also one of 724 girls & boys named to the 2024 McDonald's All American Games Nominees list (01.09). Soltau, aΒ 6-4 forward from Freiburg, Germany (Eisvogel USC Freiburg), is coming from across the world to join the Huskies.
