2025 Outdoors: Transitioned into the steeplechase midseason and took to it like a Dawg to water, making her first NCAA Championships appearance, earning All-America Second Team honors and qualifying for the USATF Outdoor meet … at first NCAAs, advanced to the steeplechase final with an 11-second PR in the semifinals of 9:37.40, the No. 2 time in UW history … finished 10th in the NCAA steeple final in 9:50.77 … was the Big Ten Outdoor runner-up in the steeplechase, running just the second steeple of her career, and running 9:48.84 which was a 22-second PR in spite of a fall in the final water pit … advanced out of NCAA Prelims with a second-place finish in her quarterfinal section in 9:53.74 … first steeple came at the OSU High Performance Meet on May 2, running 10:10.53 … ran a then-PR in the 1,500-meters of 4:12.35 at the Bryan Clay Invite, taking second in her heat … helped the Huskies take third in the 4x800m Championship of America at the Penn Relays, splitting 2:07.60 … Summer: Placed 16th overall in the 3,000m steeplechase semifinals at her first USATF Outdoor Championships in 9:55.14 on July 31 … made the finals of the World University Games in the 1,500-meters in Germany, taking ninth overall … ran a 1,500m lifetime-best of 4:08.59 at a meet in Lignano, Italy on July 13, going to No. 5 in school history.
