2025 Outdoors At Puget Sound: Qualified for the NCAA D-III Outdoor Championships but was unable to compete due to an injury … won the GFU Final Qualifier 400-meters in 47.18.
2025 Indoors At Puget Sound: The NCAA Division-III National Indoor Champion at 400-meters, running 46.71 to take the title in Rochester, N.Y. on Mar. 15 … also placed third in the 200-meter NCAA D-III finals in 21.46 … competed at the USATF Indoor Championships, placing 10th in the 400-meter prelims in 46.44 seconds … named the USTFCCCA D-III West Region Men’s Track Athlete of the Year … won the UW Invitational in the Dempsey with a 400m time of 46.70 and took second in the 200m in 21.38, and also won the UW Preview 400-meters in 46.51.
2024 Outdoors At Puget Sound: The NCAA D-III national runner-up outdoors in the 400-meters, running a PR of 46.20 in the final in Myrtle Beach, S.C. to cap a sensational freshman season … also took ninth at NCAAs in the 200m in a PR of 21.20 … the 400m time ranked him 11th in D-III history … in June, placed third at the USA U20 Championships at Hayward Field with a 400m PR of 45.93, qualifying for the 4x400m relay for Team USA at U20 Worlds … at the World U20 Championships in August in Peru, helped the U.S. capture the gold medal in the 4x400m relay in a time of 3:03.56 … won the Northwest Conference Championship titles at 200m and 400m.

High School and Personal: Born in Portland, Oregon … parents are Allison and Jon Rhodes … has one older sister, Olivia, who plays soccer at Loyola Chicago … did not compete in track until his senior season in 2023, bursting onto the scene to win the Oregon 6A state title in the 400-meters in a time of 48.52 seconds, and also running on the victorious 4x400m relay to help Lincoln win the state team title … ran a personal-best of 47.65 to win the Portland Interscholastic League 400-meter title in 2023 … placed 12th at the 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals in a 400m time of 48.56 and ran on the fifth-place 4x400m relay … lettered in soccer and was the goalkeeper until trying out for track as a senior to improve his cardio for soccer.
