2014: Ran a full season in the short sprints … outdoors, had a wind-aided 100-meters best of 12.69 seconds in the UW-WSU Dual, finishing fifth overall … also took sixth in the 200-meters in the Dual Meet in 26.04 … ran 12.74 in her first collegiate 100m at the Washington Open … indoors, best 60-meters was her season-ender, going 7.93 seconds at the SPU Final Qualifier … also an indoor best of 26.27 for 200-meters at the UW Indoor Open.
High School and Personal: Born in Burien, Washington … parents are Jane and Christopher Bowling … has one younger brother, C.J. … a state finalist in the 200-meter dash as a senior, as she took seventh at the Washington 4A State Championships … also took 11th in the 100-meters at state in 2013 and ninth on the 4x200m relay … ran a 200m best of 25.18 in the South Puget Sound League meet, taking fourth … set a 100m PR of 12.38 at districts in 2013 … took fourth in the 200m at the 2013 BorderDuel and was eighth in the 100m … ran on the 4x200m relay that took fourth at state in 2012 … also made the state meet in the 200m as a sophomore, placing ninth in 2011 … high school teammates with current Husky Kimberly Stueckle.
