Graduate transfer returns home to his native Seattle after completing his undergraduate degree at Yale in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology β¦ pursuing a Masters in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership at Washington β¦ ranks Top-10 in Yale school history in the mile, 1000-meters, and 1500-meters.

2023 (Track): Focused on the mid-distances, and reached the Pac-12 Championships final in the 1,500-meters β¦ entered in four events at Pac-12s to help the collective effort as UW won its first team title β¦ made the 1,500m final at Pac-12s by taking fifth in his prelim heat in 3:48.73 β¦ was 12th in the Pac-12 1,500m final, 20th in the 800m final, 28th in the 5,000m final, and even ran on the 4x100m relay which was 10th β¦ indoors, competed unattached, posting a best mile time of 4:06.17 at the UW Invitational β¦ ran a 3,000-meters in 8:12.51 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener on Dec. 3.
2021-22 (Track At Yale): Ran a 1,500-meters best of 3:44.77 at the Princeton Elite Invite β¦ ran on 4x800m relay that was fourth at Ivy League Outdoor Championships and placed 14th in the 1,500-meters β¦ indoors, was 11th in the mile at Ivy League Indoors and ran on the 2nd-place DMR β¦ set a mile PR of 4:02.72 at the BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite β¦ (Cross Country At Yale): Finished 82nd at the NCAA Northeast Regionals β¦ at the Ivy League Championships, placed 67th overall β¦ 16th at the season-opening H-Y-P race.

2019-20 (Track At Yale): Placed third at the Ivy League Indoor Championships in the 1,000-meters and was third on the DMR in the final meet before the coronavirus canceled the rest of the season β¦ ran a 1k PR of 2:24.36 in the H-Y-P meet β¦ 800m best of 1:53.54 on Jan. 18 β¦ (Cross Country At Yale): Placed 52nd at the Ivy League Championships β¦ raced at the Pre-Nationals meet, placing 184th overall.

2018-19 (Track At Yale): Ran at the IC4A Championships to close the outdoor season, taking 10th in the 1,500m β¦ at Ivy League Outdoors, was 16th in the 1,500m and 8th on the 4x800m β¦ indoors, was seventh in the 1,000m at the Ivy League Indoors, and was sixth on the 4x880y relay β¦ ran a 4:10.09 mile at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invite β¦ (Cross Country At Yale): Raced at the Ivy League XC Championships, placing 67th overall β¦ seventh in the H-Y-P meet.
