2024: A tremendous freshman season, breaking the UW Freshman Record in the 400-meter hurdles and finishing as the Pac-12 runner-up in that event … played a huge role in the Huskies defending their Pac-12 team title as he was second in the 400m hurdles in a PR of 49.87 (converted to 49.98 for altitude) and he was fifth in the 110m hurdles final after coming in seeded ninth, running 14.42 in that final … tied for fifth in school history with his 49.98 converted season-best, and became the first Husky freshman to go sub-50 seconds … qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the 400m hurdles and placed 26th in the first round … raced at the USATF U20 Championships and reached the 400m hurdles final, placing fourth in 51.02 … won the 400m hurdles at the Fresno State Invite in 51.63 … indoors, alternated between the 400-meters and the 60m hurdles … ran a season-best 60m hurdles time of 8.11 seconds at the Ken Shannon Last Chance meet … season-best 400m time of 47.95 also at the Ken Shannon … ran on three 4x400m relays with a best time of 3:10.27 at the Husky Classic … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
High School and Personal: Born in Tacoma, Washington … parents are Kathryn and John Frazier … has one younger sister, Kennedy … father played football at Western Washington University … the Lincoln High School class of 2023 Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA, passing three A.P. subjects … the USATF National Junior Olympic runner-up in the 400m hurdles in 2023 running 52.48 in the finals … swept the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles Washington state titles at the 3A level in 2023, running 14.23 into a headwind to win the 110m race and 37.27 for a PR to win the 300m race … took ninth in the 400m hurdles at Nike Outdoor Nationals as a senior, and eighth in the 110m hurdles … one year earlier, was runner-up at the 2022 Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 110m hurdles and fourth in the 400m hurdles … as a junior at the state meet, was runner-up in the 300m hurdles, sixth in the 110m hurdles, and fourth in the open 400-meters … ran club for Team Blackout in Tacoma.
