2018: Completed a full indoor season in the pole vault but was limited to three meets outdoors due to an achilles injury … traveled to the Stanford Invitational and cleared 11-11 ¾ in her final competition of the year … cleared 11-7 ¾ at the Trojan Invitational for fifth … indoors, had a season-best make of 12-0 ½ at the SPU Final Qualifier … twice cleared 11-7 ¼, once at the Husky Classic and again at the UW Indoor Open.
2017: A full season indoors and out in the pole vault, setting a new PR at the MPSF Championships indoors where she took 12th with a clearance of 12-6 ¼ … outdoors, season-best make was 11-10 at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate … ninth at the Ken Shannon Invite, clearing 11-8 … twice made 11-10 ¾ during the indoor season at the Husky Classic and at the UW Indoor Open … a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2016: First full season in the pole vault saw her compete at both conference championships outdoors and indoors … at her first Pac-12 Championships, finished 12th overall in the vault at 11-4 ¼ … had a big PR at the Ken Shannon Invite, making it over 12-8 to place fifth … also fifth at the UW-WSU Dual with a jump of 11-5 ¾ … made 12-0 ¾ at the Pac-12 vs Big Ten Invite for 14th-place … indoors, vaulted over 12-2, a season’s-best, at the MPSF Championships, finishing 21st … tied for 14th at the UW Indoor Open at 12-1 ½ … a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.
2015: Redshirted her first season, competing unattached in the pole vault … indoors, had a PR of 11-6 ½, cleared at the Husky Classic as well as the UW Indoor Open … also made 11-0 ¼ at the UW Invitational.
High School and Personal: Born in Bellevue, Washington … parents are Peggy Kwok and Sebastian Ho … has one younger brother, Thaddeus … a three-time podium finisher in the pole vault at the Washington 4A state championships, finishing as the runner-up her senior season in 2014 … cleared a personal-best of 11-9 in the vault at the 2014 state meet … won the KingCo title and district title as a senior, clearing 11-0 and 11-3, respectively … also took third in the long jump at the KingCo meet in 2014, jumping 16-11 ½ … fourth in the pole vault at the state meet as both a sophomore and a junior … won a pair of team MVP honors and the Doug Brown Scholar Athlete Award in 2014 … also lettered four years in gymnastics, winning Beset Showmanship Award two times … graduated with a 3.75 grade point average.
